We believe sustainable business requires both satisfied clients and colleagues.
Since 2011, we run a CPA firm but strive to provide excellent services for our clients and enjoyable working environment for our colleagues.
In order to achieve this goal, we have been always improving our working skills and keep “one-step-ahead” thinking in mind.
James is responsible for providing the highest quality of all our firm’s professional services. He has worked for the international tax department of Deloitte and obtained both his bachelor’s and his MBA degree from National Taiwan University. He is interested in painting and tennis when he has free time.
Kelly received her MBA degree from Kyung Hee University, Korea, and has worked in Seoul, Taipei, and Shanghai. She enjoys traveling and painting on holiday.
Dennis specializes in tax appeals and has worked for the Taipei tax office and a mega law firm in Taiwan. He obtained his bachelor’s and MBA degrees in accounting from Soochow University and his Master of Law degree from National Chengchi University. He is also a mountain climber and jogger.
Carol focuses on tax issues of cross-border transactions and has served as the VP of one of the Big 4 CPA firms. She received her bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University and her MBA degree from San Jose State University, USA. She is an experienced traveler and gourmet.
Mr Yoshino is a master of Chinese and is familiar with the regulations on investments in Taiwan. He has worked for a mega Japanese telephone company in Japan, China, and Taiwan. He graduated from Waseda University and enjoys road trips in Taiwan.
Company Setup
We assist in forming various types of entities in Taiwan, such as subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices. Capital injection, applying for licenses for restricted businesses, and other registrations are also within our specialty.
Payroll Services
Our services include the registration of statutory employer accounts, the addition/removal of employees to/from the insurance coverage, and the calculation of payroll based on the regulations in Taiwan.
Accounting & Tax Compliance
SMEs in Taiwan commonly outsource their accounting and tax functions because the professional outsourcing can fulfill their needs and is more cost-effective and flexible than building a finance department.
Withholding Tax Reduction
We support commenting on contracts and transactions from a tax perspective, evaluating the available tax incentives, and applying to reduce the withholding tax rate subject to payments from Taiwanese companies to foreign entities.
